A Journey to Meet My True Self
Remembering Who I Really Am
In my 20s, I didn’t yet have a clear vision of what I truly wanted to do. After graduating from university, I felt a deep inner pull to pursue counseling and followed that calling all the way to California, where I earned a Master’s degree in Art Therapy.
But after graduating, I didn’t take the path of psychotherapy or counseling. Instead, I entered the tech industry—an entirely different world. I found myself working in Silicon Valley, building a career in web localization. I became a full-time employee, got married, had children, bought a house with my engineer husband. Life became a whirlwind of childcare, mortgage payments, growing responsibilities at work—and before I knew it, ten, then twenty years had flown by.
One day, I found myself asking:
"Why am I working so hard? What is it all for?"
The stress and overwhelm built up to the point where I even found myself taking it out on my family.
What do I truly want?
During that time, I began exploring self-development and spirituality—reading books, attending talks and workshops, watching videos. But at the time, it was just a personal interest. The idea of turning that into a career felt completely unrealistic.
Still, something inside me kept asking:
“What is it that I really want to do?”
I remember feeling unsettled, almost like I was back in my 20s again—facing the frustration of knowing I hadn’t yet fulfilled my deeper purpose.
A Turning Point
Then in 2020, as the world shifted, I experienced a powerful inner shift of my own.
Every Experience Had Meaning
Through my training as a Spiritual Life Coach, my entire perspective changed.
I finally understood that every step I had taken—even the detours—had shaped me into who I am today. Every experience, every choice, had meaning.
I gave myself permission to listen to my soul’s voice and follow what excited me. With that decision, I returned to my roots and stepped fully into the world of coaching—a field that had always quietly called to me. The more I learned, the more I knew: This is the path my life has been leading me to.
When You Raise Your Vibration, Your World Changes
As I began devoting more time to what truly lights me up, I found myself more at peace. The irritability faded. My heart softened. As my own sense of joy and alignment grew, I began to see the ripple effect—my family, my environment, my entire energy shifted. A new, positive cycle had begun.
Reclaim Your Center. Live as Your Authentic Self.
We live in a time of information overload and endless choices. It’s easy to lose touch with yourself. That’s why I believe it’s so important to pause and ask:
“How do I truly want to live?”
To reconnect with your values and desires.
To trust yourself.
To center your life around what genuinely matters to you.
To live as your truest self, you must raise your self-image, believe in your worth, and allow your deepest desires to take center stage.
A New Chapter Begins
In 2024, I closed the chapter on my long corporate career and finally took time to travel the world—something I had dreamed of for years.
That same year, I also officially stepped into my new path as a Life Coach.
I completed a "Woman-Centered Coaching" certification and continue to grow every day, as a coach and as a human being.
What Matters Most in Your Life?
What do you value above all else?
What is the deeper reason you work so hard each day?
What do you truly want to prioritize in your one precious life?
What do you want to accomplish in this lifetime?
Maybe it’s time to ask yourself those questions. And if so, it would be my deepest honor to support you on that journey.
