After decades of building a successful career in Silicon Valley tech as a localization professional, I’ve embarked on a new path as a Life Coach, which is deeply aligned with who I am and how I want to serve.
As a Japanese woman navigating life and leadership in a fast-paced corporate world, especially in male-dominated tech spaces, and being a wife and mother while working full time, managing deadlines and cultural differences—I’ve lived the intensity, the expectations, and the quiet sacrifices so many professional women carry.
I understand what it means to succeed outwardly while feeling disconnected inwardly. I know what it’s like to wear many identities—professional woman, wife, mother, minority, expatriate, caregiver, culture-shifter—and still feel like something inside is quietly asking:
“But who am I now?”
That question brought me to this work.
Now, I help high-achieving, heart-driven women—especially women of color, multicultural professionals, and those in midlife or career transitions—reconnect with their voice, vision, and vitality.
